DROPLINE — 7-Day Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
You can request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included. You may try an item on to check the fit, provided it remains clean and undamaged.
Your order number or proof of purchase is required.

Include your order number, the item you want to return, and whether you prefer an exchange or refund. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photos.
Our team will provide the return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending your parcel.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges for another size or product are subject to availability. Any price difference will be confirmed before processing. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved and explain any issues.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount.
Prepaid orders will normally be refunded to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will arrange a bank transfer or another mutually agreed refund method.
DELIVERY CHARGES
For size-related or change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping and any replacement delivery charges. Original delivery charges are non-refundable in these cases.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, DROPLINE will cover the necessary return and replacement delivery costs. If you choose a refund instead, we will refund the affected item and its original delivery charge.
